This case arises from a rear end collision at 24th Street and Pacific Avenue in Tacoma. The respondents, in leading car, brought the action for car damage and personal injuries. The case was tried to a jury. The court concluded that the appellant, the following car driver, was negligent as a matter of law and submitted the question of respondents' contributory negligence and damages.
