On March 15, 1962, an information was filed in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County charging defendant-appellant with violation of Sec. 800.04, Fla. Stat., F.S.A. That same day, defendant in his own and proper person was arraigned in open court and entered a plea of guilty as charged.
