Anthony Mankus, an insolvent, appeared in open court on July 1, 1960, entered his plea of guilty to robbery upon which a judgment of conviction and sentence was imposed by the trial court. Mankus, in his own proper person filed the instant motion to vacate and set aside the judgment of conviction and sentence. The primary allegations contained in said motion are:
