Appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Hennepin County which affirmed a decree of distribution of the probate court of that county dated April 17, 1959, which directed distribution of all assets in the estate of Gerhardt Paul Mokros, deceased, (after payment of all claims and expenses of administration) to the Attorney General of the United States pursuant to the latter's Vesting Order No. 134051
