Plaintiffs brought this action in equity to set aside a tax deed and restore their rights of redemption in a residence in Cedar Rapids. Leona Bellon sold the property on contract to the Whites in whose name it was assessed. They also were in possession. The taxes were not paid and the property was sold at tax sale to Moon, who will be referred to as defendant.
