Eugene Demaray died August 10, 1961, as the result of injuries accidentally sustained in the course of his employment with defendant Mannerud Construction Company. Claiming to be decedent's dependent widow Alberta O. Demaray petitioned for an award of compensation under the Workmen's Compensation Law.
