Plaintiff, a former member of the Fleet Reserve of the United States Navy subsequently transferred to the Retired List, sues for those additional sums in retirement pay which he would have received from the time 6 years preceding filing of this action had he been credited with certain periods of constructive service for the purpose of determining his longevity increase.
