This civil action was brought pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 145 seeking a judgment authorizing the defendant, Commissioner of Patents to grant Letters Patent of the United States containing claims 76, 77, 78 and 105 of an application Serial No. 629,085, filed December 18, 1956, by the plaintiffs.
