Appellant was a member of the crew of the SS Bethflor that was operated by appellee, which was a subsidiary of the Bethlehem Steel Corporation. He was injured on May 21, 1961. He sued to recover damages, alleging the vessel was unseaworthy and also that appellee, through its employees, was guilty of negligence.
