The petitioner, Union Producing Company, instituted this action on February 15, 1963 to secure a declaratory judgment under Articles 1871-1873, of the LSA-Code of Civil Procedure, to have adjudicated its rights and legal relationship with reference to a certain oil, gas and mineral lease granted by Mrs. M. E. Hill, et als. to Danciger Oil and Refiining Company on February 12, 1924, affecting 380 acres of land in Union Parish, Louisiana, the petitioner...
