Elrod, the respondent herein, instituted this action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by reason of the joint and concurrent carelessness, negligence, willfulness, wantonness and recklessness of W.W. All, the appellant herein, and Frances Sue Bankston and J.R. Bankston.
