Stewart B. Hopps appeals from a judgment of conviction entered upon the verdict of a jury finding him guilty of two counts of an indictment which charged him with use of the mails in a scheme to defraud in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1341.1 His grounds for reversal are the insufficiency of the evidence to establish his guilt, error in the District's Judge's charge to the jury, and the denial of motions to suppress...
