In the proceedings below the complainants, Talvin C. Harris and Louise Harris, filed their bill seeking to enjoin the foreclosure of a mortgage held by Colonial Enterprises, Inc., upon certain real property owned by the complainants, and further requesting that the court determine the amount due under the mortgage.
