Appeal from an order granting a new trial, in the trial court's view "exclusively on the ground of error of law occurring on the trial."

On July 25, 1960, at approximately 2:30 p. m., a collision occurred between a motorcycle owned and operated by Allan Dickson, a minor, and an automobile owned and operated by Albert Bober.
