At the outset of the trial, plaintiffs' attorney moved that the jury panel be quashed because of failure to comply with the provisions and requirements of Title 28, § 1865 U.S.C.A.1 The motion was denied and exceptions taken.

The grounds alleged were (1) that no order of this Court had ever been entered directing the manner in which jurors should be selected...
