V. W. Housley died on June 6, 1963, leaving a will that he had executed on July 22, 1960. This application for a construction of the will was submitted to the probate court by agreement of the parties. The court held the will to be inoperative, so that the estate passed by intestacy to the appellee, the decedent's son and only heir.
