COLEMAN, Justice.

This is an appeal by a prisoner from a judgment of the circuit court denying relief on a petition for habeas corpus.

The prisoner was convicted of murder in the first degree and sentenced to life imprisonment in the penitentiary. Lee v. State, 246 Ala. 343, 20 So.2d 471.
