This is the second time this divorce action has been before us. On the first appeal we vacated the judgment and remanded the case because the trial judge's findings of fact did not reveal the factual basis for his decision to award appellee the sum of $35,000 in lieu of any right or interest in certain property of the parties.1 On remand a new trial was granted as to the money award.
