SALSMAN, J.

An indictment charged appellant with violation of Penal Code section 192, subdivision 3(a), (manslaughter in the driving of a motor vehicle, i.e., causing the death of Mrs. Winn) and also in two counts, charged violation of Vehicle Code section 23101 (felony drunk driving, i.e., count II charged bodily injury to Ronda Winn; count III charged bodily injury to Mrs. Winn). Appellant was further charged with, and he admitted, a prior felony conviction.
