The offense is driving while intoxicated; the punishment, 90 days in jail and a fine of $100.00.

Officers John W. Thames and Winnon A. Smith of the Dallas Police Department observed a pickup truck being driven at a high rate of speed upon a public highway in Dallas County, Texas, at approximately 10:25 p. m.
