In this case the plaintiffs invoke the jurisdiction of a three-judge federal court under the provisions of Title 28 United States Code, § 2281 et seq., to obtain a decree that Title 52 Oklahoma Statutes Annotated, § 420.14 is unconstitutional and void by reason of said law denying them (1) the privileges and immunities as citizens of the several states, (2) the equal protection of the laws, and, (3) due process of law, all in violation...
