Respondents commenced this action against appellants for waste of the Upper Hot Creek Ranch in Nye County. The complaint alleges that under the will of Sophie E. Williams, Elizabeth S. Barndt, her daughter, was devised a life estate in Upper Hot Creek Ranch, with the remainder to respondents, who are the children of Elizabeth S. Barndt, or their successors in interest. Elizabeth S. Barndt is still living, but through foreclosure proceedings her life...
