This is a suit by Robert Fabre, Sr., individually and administrator of the estate of his minor son, Robert Fabre, Jr. against Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Company as the insurer of Wilson J. Thibodeaux and members of his family under a policy of comprehensive personal liability insurance, for accidental injuries to petitioner's said minor son.
