This is an appeal from conviction for the crime of burglary in the third degree under Minn.St. 621.01. The offense was committed by an Indian ward of the government within the exterior limits of the Red Lake Indian Reservation. The question presented is whether the State of Minnesota has jurisdiction of the offense charged.
