This case involves the meaning and enforcement of certain restrictions applicable to the Long Meadows residential subdivision in Harris County, Texas. Plaintiffs Kayem instituted this suit against defendant Stuckey (and others) to enjoin the alleged violation of restrictions applicable to the subdivision.
