This is an appeal from a judgment and decree entered on Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, which decree confirmed a prior order of adoption.

On May 17, 1958, an illegitimate child, known as Baby Curtis, was born to appellant. The respondent acknowledged the child as his. At the time of birth, both natural parents were unmarried.
