This is an action for divorce a vinculo matrimonii filed by the husband, Jerry A. McCaa, and for the custody of the two-year old son of the marriage. Issue was joined by the wife, Frances A. S. McCaa, through answer filed, in which she denied the allegations of adultery and reconvened for divorce on the ground of two years separation and for the custody of the child, with alimony for its support.
