This matter comes before the court on preliminary objections to a complaint in trespass, the complaint having been filed October 8, 1962.

Defendant, Jennings, a justice of the peace in and for the Borough of Brownsville, this county, upon information signed by one Marie Kovachick, the 17-year-old daughter of plaintiffs, on Sunday, January 7, 1962, issued a warrant for the arrest of plaintiff...
