T. O. Cullum died intestate in Van Buren County in 1928, leaving a widow, Laura, and no lineal descendants. Accordingly, the widow was endowed of an undivided one-half interest in the real estate owned by her husband, and the brothers and sisters (or descendants) of Cullum inherited the other half.
