PER CURIAM.

This is an action upon an accident insurance policy. Plaintiff recovered a verdict and judgment for the face amount of the certificate, $5,000, together with interest thereon. Defendant appealed.

On October 22, 1927, appellant issued to William Boyd Lynch, a postal employee of the Railway Mail Service, the policy sued on. Plaintiff, Sula Lynch, insured's wife, was the named beneficiary. The policy provided that no benefit would be paid "where death...
