Helen E. Woodham has appealed from an order passed October 1, 1963, terminating her right to support and maintenance. She has further appealed from an order passed December 26, 1963, sustaining, without leave to amend, a demurrer to her petition for costs on appeal and attorney's fees. In view of our recent decision in Price v. Price, 232 Md. 379
