The petitioner, Ralph Keene, on or about July 1, 1963, presented to this Court his application for leave to file and proceed in forma pauperis on his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Upon consideration thereof, this Court, on July 1, 1963, directed that said petition for a writ of habeas corpus be filed without the prepayment of fees and costs and further ordered and directed that William C. Holman, Warden, Kilby Prison, Montgomery, Alabama...
