PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted for the crime of robbery as defined in sections 711.1 and 711.3, Code 1962, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to an indeterminate term not to exceed ten years in the penitentiary. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error.
