These appeals by the plaintiff and the defendant from the final decree of the Superior Court in a suit under G.L.c. 40A, § 21, present issues as to the use of land in Milton that was not shown as divided into building lots on any plan recorded at the time of the adoption of the town's zoning by-law in 1938. The by-law placed the area in a Residence B district with the requirement of 20,000 square feet...
