This trust arises under the will and codicil, a copy of each of which is hereto annexed, of Edward T. Steel, who died August 14, 1892, whereby he gave his residuary estate to his trustee, in trust, and after providing for the maintenance of his homestead, certain annuities and charges out of the income, now not necessary to recite, he gave the remaining income in equal one-third shares...
