Plaintiffs-appellees, Albert Brick, a Washington, D. C., attorney, and his partner, Samuel Intrater,1 brought suit in the District Court against defendants-appellants, Charles S. Hirsch, Arthur Gettleman and Frank E. Gettleman to recover on an alleged contract under which Brick was to be paid one-third of any fee received by the defendants in connection with certain United States Tax Court litigation.
