Plaintiffs, owners of property contiguous to and south of property belonging to defendants in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, brought suit under Article 823 of the LSA-Civil Code asking the court to appoint a surveyor to fix the correct boundary dividing the aforesaid lands.
