On October 4, 1958, Jerome A. Baker's automobile, with him in it, was struck in the rear by the car of Biagio DeRosa. On December 11, 1958, he died. Verna Baker, administratrix of his estate, brought suit against DeRosa, claiming that her husband's death was caused by the injuries he received when the cars collided, the injuries having brought about or aggravated a bronchogenic...
