This is a suit in equity by Howard Hamilton, administrator of the estate of James Bethel, deceased, for judgment against defendants William and Maxine Bethel, husband and wife, on a promissory note for $9000 made by them February 28, 1950, payable to James and Susan Bethel, William's parents, and to foreclose a land mortgage securing payment of the note.
