On November 24, 1961, the appellant, Danville Cornett, while riding as a passenger in an automobile owned and operated by Willie G. Simons, was seriously injured when the automobile struck another automobile operated by Mary L. Krebs. Simons died on December 16, 1961, from injuries sustained in the accident. Thereafter, on April 16, 1962, George F. Krebs and Mary L. Krebs filed a petition in the Orphans' Court for Carroll...
