This is an action in tort wherein plaintiffs, husband and wife, seek to recover damages in compensation of personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision on Forsythe Avenue in the City of Monroe about 1:30 a. m., January 28, 1962, and for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred in the treatment of their injuries. Involved in the accident were a Chevrolet station wagon, owned and operated by Robert C. Bahcall, with whom, and his wife, plaintiffs...
