Rule 27.26, V.A.M.R., 4 RSMo 1959, p. 4924, to vacate and set aside a sentence of imprisonment imposed upon him for the crime of robbery in the first degree and under which sentence he is now imprisoned in the State Penitentiary. Denied the relief sought, he has appealed to this court.
