This is a suit for damages resulting from an assault and battery. Plaintiff alleges he was pistol whipped and kicked by the defendant, L. T. Brown, who was acting as an agent or employee of the defendant, L. T. Brown Contractor, Inc. Defendant, The Travelers Insurance Company, is the liability insurer of L. T. Brown Contractor, Inc.
