Plaintiffs have appealed from a judgment which sustained a plea to the jurisdiction rationae personae.

We are firmly of the opinion that the reasons for judgment given by the lower court cover all material points raised in the case and we therefore quote them with approval and adopt them as our own, together with additional reasons by this court in answer to arguments now made on appeal by the plaintiffs which were evidently
