Appellant, Omar Jordon, was charged by Information with the crime of murder, the information alleging that Jordon murdered James Scott by shooting him with a pistol. On trial, Jordon was convicted of voluntary manslaughter, and was sentenced to six years imprisonment. From the judgment so entered, appellant brings this appeal. The sole contention of error raised by appellant is that the court refused to instruct the jury on the defense of justifiable...
