In this appeal, it appears that the appellant, Charles B. Henry, was driving and operating an automobile in which the appellant, Ray D. Carter, was being conveyed as a passenger. There was a collision between that automobile and a truck driven by one George W. Poynter, who was not made a party in either of the two designated actions.
