This is a suit by the widow, children and grandchild of Ledo Pitre, deceased, to recover damages for the personal injuries sustained by and the wrongful death of the decedent. The action arose out of a collision between an automobile owned and being driven by the decedent, Ledo Pitre, and a truck owned by Virgil L. McKoin, d/b/a V. L.
