This action was instituted to restrain the organization of three proposed banks in Decatur upon the ground that they would be branch banks in violation of the Bank Holding Company Act and the Banking Act. (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1961, 16 1/2, pars. 73, 106.) The trial court granted a part of the injunctive relief sought but denied the balance. The Appellate Court dismissed the plaintiffs...
