This is a petition for an execution to issue on the basis of a decree of the Probate Court entered on a petition for separate support. The record reveals the following. By a decree entered on April 17, 1962, the petitioner was granted custody of the minor children of the parties and awarded certain amounts for separate support and maintenance. Thereafter, on May 17, 1962, she filed a petition for contempt, alleging that the respondent disobeyed the decree...
