This is an antitrust suit, brought by the plaintiff Sharp against the defendant Commercial Solvents Corporation and Billie Sol Estes, in his proper name, as well as several more of his business names, but a bankruptcy proceeding naming said Estes, in which an order staying suits against him had been entered, was pending when the present suit was filed, and, consequently, the plaintiff was unable to do more then than...
